New Patients

Your first visit, without the guesswork.

Comprehensive exam. Digital x-rays. An honest conversation — not a sales pitch. Every new-patient visit at Radiant Dental Care is 60 minutes with Dr. Siddiqui himself, in an office built for focused attention.

What To Expect

Your first appointment, step by step

Plan on about 60 minutes. You'll leave with a diagnosis, a written plan, and no pressure to commit to anything on the spot.

01
~5 min · Before you arrive

Intake paperwork, done from home

Once you book, we'll email your new-patient forms. Completing them in advance keeps your actual visit focused on examination and conversation instead of clipboards. If you'd rather fill them out on paper, we have a quiet waiting area for that too.

02
~10 min · Check-in

Welcome & health history review

Our team walks you back, reviews your medical history, current medications, and anything that's been bothering you. We'll ask about goals — cosmetic concerns, discomfort, or long-term maintenance — so the doctor's exam is targeted from the start.

03
~15 min · Imaging

Digital x-rays & 3D scan

Low-dose digital bitewings and panoramic imaging give us a full view of your teeth, bone, and supporting structures. If your case involves implants or a complex restoration, we may add a CBCT scan for true 3D anatomy — done right here in our office.

04
~25 min · With Dr. Siddiqui

Comprehensive exam & diagnosis

Dr. Siddiqui reviews your imaging with you on-screen, checks every tooth and surrounding tissue, and screens for oral cancer, gum disease, and bite issues. You'll see exactly what he sees and understand why each finding matters.

05
~10 min · Treatment conversation

A written plan, with transparent pricing

Before you leave, you'll receive a written treatment plan broken down by priority — what needs attention now, what can wait, and what's optional. Each item is line-itemed with the fee and, where applicable, your insurance estimate.

06
Same day or later · Your call

Cleaning or follow-up scheduling

If your exam shows healthy gums, we can often do your cleaning that same day. If treatment is needed first, we'll schedule your next appointments around your calendar — no rushed decisions, no checkout-line pressure.

Before You Come In

A short checklist

None of these are required — but bringing them along makes your first visit smoother and helps us build the most accurate picture of your oral health.

Photo ID

Driver's license or any government ID for our chart.

Insurance card

If applicable. We'll verify benefits before your visit when time allows.

Medication list

Prescriptions, over-the-counter meds, and supplements — especially blood thinners.

Prior records or x-rays

Any recent dental x-rays from a previous dentist save imaging time and radiation exposure.

Your questions

Write them down before you arrive. "I just want to fix this tooth" is a perfectly valid agenda.

A little extra time

Plan for 60 minutes. If imaging or questions run long, we don't rush you out.

Plan on 60 minutes. That covers a full exam, imaging, a one-on-one consult with Dr. Siddiqui, and time to talk through a treatment plan. Cleanings, if appropriate, are scheduled as a second appointment — though we can sometimes fit them in the same day.

We're in-network with several major PPO plans and happy to work with most other plans as an out-of-network provider. Call us with your plan details before your visit and we'll verify benefits and give you a clear pre-treatment estimate so there are no surprises.

That's one of the most common things we hear — and it's genuinely fine. Dr. Siddiqui and the team do not shame or lecture. We'll show you where you stand today, prioritize what matters most, and move at a pace that works for you.

Yes. We offer oral anxiolytic medication for anxious patients during longer procedures, along with noise-cancelling headphones and a calm clinical environment. Tell us at booking or on your intake form and we'll plan accordingly.

We primarily see adults and older teens (age 13+). For younger children, we're happy to refer you to a trusted local pediatric dentist.

For current patients of record, we reserve emergency slots daily. For new patients with urgent pain or trauma, call us first — we'll do everything we can to get you in same-day or next-day. See our emergency page for more.
